    Dec 14,  · HP Officejet used to work with Win 7. I installed Win 10 and Windows FAX and SCAN says there is no scanner connected. I run the for the device, it completes and still does not work. HP Solution Center says device installation is not complete. Device manager says the device is working but Events says. How do I scan from my HP Officejet Wireless to my computer? GO to the HP solutions center icon that is on your computer, click on that, go to scan picture or document, whichever it is that you are trying to scan, and all the options for scanning will come up and you will be able to scan without problems.
